What is your cancellation & refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked airport transfer refunds to all customers who cancel within 2 hours of their scheduled reservation(s). Failure to contact cancel a reservation within 2 hours of your scheduled reservation may and can result in forfeiture of your fare. Reservations must be canceled by phone, online, or by mobile app. Cancellations requested by email will not be accepted as emails are answered on a first come first serve bases.
Flight Delays & Cancellations
Failure to contact iRide24 with flight delay or cancellation information in a timely manner may be considered reservation abandonment and may result in forfeiture of fare. Reservations impacted by airline delays and cancellations may qualify for refund. Moderations or replacements of reservations due to delays or cancellations may be accepted at no extra charge but is subject to availability which may be determined iRide24.
Airport Terminal Pick-up
Flights are unpredictable. That’s why we have created a waiting time grace period policy. Your grace period is determined by your pick-up location and starts at your scheduled pick-up time. If your grace period finishes and you have not arrived, you’re charged $.89/minute in wait time fees.We recommend that you provide us with your flight information so we can track your flight and help you avoid wait time fees. You have the option to opt out of providing us with your flight information however you may incur unnecessary fees or be kept waiting if your plane arrives later or earlier than planned.
Domestic Flight/Cruise Terminal: 30 Minutes of wait time included after plane has landed and $.89 cent each additional minute thereafter.
International Flight: 60 Minutes of wait time included after plane has landed and $.89 cent each additional minute thereafter.
10 Minutes of wait time included and $.89 cent each additional minute thereafter.
When the grace period has passed, we will contact you. If we don’t hear from you, your ride will be cancelled 60 minutes after the grace period has ended. You will be charged the wait time incurred plus all other applicable charges, with the exception of tip and tolls. If you need to extend the wait time, no problem—just give us a call.
Though we don’t carry a mandatory gratuity clause our denver airport car service drivers work hard to accommodate your needs and get you to and from your destination(s) safely. So Please be kind to your driver they really appreciate it!
Airport Pickup Area
We offer complimentary curbside (outside terminal), or meet and greet services inside the baggage claim area for an additional fee.
For inside meet-and-greet services your driver will be waiting for you in the baggage claim area we will text or call you letting you know we are there waiting for you. Be sure to look for your driver holding a iRide24 sign with your name on it.
For outside pickups, you’ll receive a text message from your driver when you land with a number to connect your driver directly.
- Call this number once you’ve collected your personal belongings from baggage claim, or when you depart the plane if you only have carry-on luggage.
- Due to airport restrictions, our drivers cannot wait in front of most airport curbside pickup locations, and may have to circle or park in a remote area until you’re ready to be picked up. That’s why it’s best to call your driver and coordinate the exact location where you will be met.
- Alternatively if text/sms option is not available please meet your driver on the West Side Terminal Level 5 (same level as baggage claim) at door 506 on Island #2 also known as the Limo area on the ground transportation level.
